Introduction DaytrypRX and its subsidiaries (“DaytrypRX,” “we,” or “us”) own and operate websites (the “Websites”) located at www.daytryprx.com and may now or in the future operate a DaytrypRX mobile application (collectively, the “Platform”). Your access and use of the Platform, including its content (“Content”), any products or services provided through the Platform or otherwise by DaytrypRX, and any affiliated website, software or application owned or operated by DaytrypRX (collectively, the “Service”) are subject to this Privacy Policy unless otherwise stated.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how DaytrypRX collects, uses, and discloses your personal information.

Limitations on Use by Minors The Service is for individuals 18 years or older. Protected Information DaytrypRX is not a covered entity under HIPAA. However, some affiliates such as Labs, Pharmacies, or Medical Groups may be. When applicable, we handle protected health information (PHI) in accordance with relevant laws. Information you provide outside of treatment-related interactions (e.g., during account registration) is not considered PHI.

Collection of Personal Information We collect:
